At Life Energy Coaching, we believe awareness is the first step toward transformation. That’s why we guide every client through the 7 Levels of Energy — a revolutionary framework developed by Bruce D. Schneider (Founder of iPEC Coaching) to decode how we show up in life, work, and relationships.
What Are the 7 Levels of Energy?
Every thought, emotion, and action you take is fueled by energy. These 7 levels represent different energetic lenses through which we view the world. The higher your energy, the more conscious, empowered, and fulfilled your life becomes.
Level 1: Victim Energy – "Life is happening to me."
This energy shows up as fear, self-doubt, and avoidance. It can feel heavy and hopeless — but it’s often the starting point for awareness.
Level 2: Conflict Energy – "Life is a battle."
Driven by anger, control, and resistance. While this energy can fuel short-term success, it often leads to burnout, stress, and broken relationships.
Level 3: Responsibility Energy – "I’ll make the best of it."
This level is rooted in coping and acceptance. You start to take ownership — but still play small to avoid conflict.
Level 4: Compassion Energy – "How can I help?"
Empathy, service, and care drive this energy. It’s powerful for building connection and leading with heart — but can become draining if boundaries are ignored.
Level 5: Opportunity Energy – "Everything is a gift."
Now you're in full flow. There’s no win/lose — just growth. At this level, challenges become fuel and creativity explodes.
Level 6: Vision Energy – "We are all one."
This energy is intuitive, visionary, and expansive. You experience joy, synchronicity, and deep purpose. Collaboration becomes effortless.
Level 7: Absolute Passion Energy – "I am."
The highest level — pure presence and connection to source. Judgment disappears. You move beyond ego and into full spiritual alignment.
